Professional Photography by Lisa ShaughnessyIn consideration for my engagement as a model and/or for valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Lisa A. Shaughnessy (ÒPhotographerÓ) permission to use photos of me for commercial photography purposes. I understand that all chromes, negatives, digital files, publication rights, stock usages, copyrights, and other uses that involve professional photography belong to her for future usages. She may republish all or part of the photos in any media to carry out her photography.I also release and discharge Photographer from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I release Photographer from any liability for loss of time or materials, claims of libel for use of prints, and any other legal action by virtue of use in printing, distortion, advertising or reproduction. This release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licenses, and assigns of the photographer as well as people who use photos.I am of full age and have the right to use my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents therein. This release shall be binding to my heirs and me. All materials remain in the possession of the Photographer and there is no other verbal or understood commitment other than listed below.
Model may use the photos in his/her modeling portfolio or composite card. If additional usage is needed, the express written permission of the photographer must be obtained. Photos may not be edited or altered wtihout photographer's written permission.
